Product: Envy 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HDMI Input on HP ENVY 23 All in one Desktop doesn't work. Do I need a certain Driver for this or not? If so Could you please provide me with a download link to the Driver?

Firstly what is your HP ENVY 23 ? It must be HP ENVY 23-something. Please try to us the switch first. Where is the switch ? I need to know your machine.
