Product: Hp 20-c210
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp 20-c210 and it runs horribly. (specs at the end of the post) We have a almost identical laptop and it runs just fine, but mine runs horribly. Never opened or messed with internals in any way. I've tried factory resetting it, updating it, tried turning off apps on start up, everything.

Specs: 

MONITOR SIZE: 19.5in

MOTHERBOARD: Oahu-U

CPU: Intel Celeron J3355

GRAPHICS: Integrated

Bluetooth 4.2

STORAGE: 1TB HARDDRIVE

External 65W Power supply (100v-240v)
