Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've updated my drivers restarted my computer but nothing I do seems to allow me to use the USB port. I've tried plugging in my keyboard, mouse, headphones and they all don't register within the ports at all. I've messed with the sound settings and nothing as well.

@Snarkytalent

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • What is the exact HP Monitor product number? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Keep me posted for further assistance.
