The computer ran great until recently when we tried to wake it up from sleep mode and the screen remained blank. I have tried rebooting it, unplugging it over night, replacing the PSU, then replacing the graphics card and resetting the CMOS. Nothing I have tried has worked and at my wits end. When I turn on the computer, all the fans power on and run like normal and the hard drive sounds like its going through its start up. The power button light does not turn on like it used to and remains off. While all this is going on the monitor remains blank.

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
