Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know what to do, the screen is completely white then turned to black. It all started when I messed with the monitors display settings.

@GlitchTrap -- is there a "pin-hole" in the back of the monitor that fits the end of a straightened-out paper-clip, to do a "factory reset" on the settings?

I don't see a hole that fits that description.
