The Touch functionality on my model Hp Pavilion 31.5-inch All-in-One Desktop Pc 32-b0000i(3N9R3av) isn't working. Could you confirm whether this device support touch and provide instruction on how to troubleshoot it? Additionally, I am looking to connect external monitor but there is no external output port available. What alternatives or solutions could I explore in this situation.

Hi @32-b0000i3N9RAV,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the touch screen.
When the touchscreen on your Pavilion 31.5-inch All-in-One Desktop isn't functioning, it can be frustrating. Here are steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Restart the Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Restart your computer and check if the touchscreen starts working again.
Update Drivers: Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause touchscreen problems. Go to the Device Manager, find the touchscreen device, right-click, and select "Update driver." You can also visit HP's support website, enter your desktop model, and download the latest touchscreen drivers to install.
Calibration: The touchscreen might need calibration. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings. Under the "Display" tab, click on "Setup" and follow the instructions to calibrate the touchscreen.
Check for Hardware Issues: Inspect the screen for physical damage or debris that might hinder touch functionality. Clean the screen gently using a soft, microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Disable and Re-enable Touchscreen: In the Device Manager, find the touchscreen device, right-click, and select "Disable." Wait a few moments, then right-click again and choose "Enable." This can refresh the touchscreen functionality.
Perform a System Restore: If the touchscreen was working previously and stopped after a certain update or software installation, consider performing a system restore to revert to a previous state when the touchscreen was functional.
Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, system updates can address touchscreen issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any pending updates.
If none of the above steps work, the issue might be hardware-related.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
