Product: MPP 2.0 Pen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP MPP 2.0 pen has too much sensitivity (or maybe some other problem?), so much so that I can put a finger between the screen and the pen and continue writing with it. Can I fix this?

Another isssue is that my pen's serial number is not recognized, so I can't request help from support or register my pen.

I don't really care for the 2nd issue if I can resolve the first one but what should I do ?
