HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 IDS Base Model

Hello, I've had my HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 for about a year and a half now. When I first got it the stylus that came with it wasn't working. I reached out to support and they got it to work. Now it's stopped working again. I thought it might've been the battery so I replaced it (AAAA). I use this laptop to draw and don't know what to do. I need to make sure the stylus will pick up my pen pressure as well.

 

The stylus is a Hp Spectre Pavilion Envy X360 Sunwoda Ms Active Pen Stylus Silver.

Ive already went through that page and nothing worked. I also tried using the virtual assistant and that didn’t resolve my issue.
