HP Pavilion x2 - 10-k000ng
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

HP Pavilion x2 - 10-k000ng : this is the computer name. Every time I want to turn it on, it shows a blue screen where I can choose to restart it, or to click on other options like continue on the computer, turn the computer off, and back to factory mode. But when I click on any of those, it just turns off and I need to do it all again. I tried to get it back to factory mode and now it says that I don’t have windows anymore or something. But when I restarted it, it stopped saying that but it doesn’t go to my home screen. It just suddenly turns off

@Indiineedshelp,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you perform a system test on the computer first to make sure that there is no hardware issue.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system test.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259

If the hardware test pass, then follow the steps in the below article to perform a system reset on the computer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
