My display screen sits very low and I cannot raise it up to view the entire page

HP Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly my page display is 2/3 down the screen.  I can us my mouse to adjust side to side but cannot get the page to adjust upward. As I result I am unable to see the entire page.  I rebooted and it is the same.  How can I readjust to have my page higher, or in fact centered.

@arlisseliz

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
  • Have you checked the display on an external monitor?
  • Could you please share the picture of the display screen?

let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
