So I've had my computer for 6 years. I have no trouble with it but I'm 2013 I spilled apple juice on it. I stopped using it ( well because it broke) I got someone to fix it and I used it again. This year ( 2019 ) around may I had a bios update I had trouble with that  but fixed it.. it was June when I was playing sims 4 and my computer shut off I thought it just crashed or something... and let it sit for a couple of months. I turn it on once and a while and it gives me 2 short beeps. The light is white and doesn't blink or turn orange. The screen is black I can hear it turn on and then off.. what should I do, I have a lot of things on that computer. And I don't have enough money to start new!

I've been to all the pages before and did what they've told me to do.. but it doesn't work. I checked the disk . I've done all sorts of key combinations.. I think it's dead. I hear noise and stuff beeps and the light is white but I am not opening my computer, but if it comes to that I might but I'm not good with technology.. (well fixing) I need more steps to fix it has anybody else had this problem before and have they fixed it?

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
