My issue is why can't HP care resolve issue as Asap.

I recently went to HP Care regarding my laptop issue on display in 7-Feb-20. I asked the laptop if its repaired or not,they told your laptops display and keyboard needs to change so it's cost around 10k. And then I told when I brought this laptop for around 20k but if it's cost like 10k so please don't repair I will check with some others. They told okay and then come and collect the laptop by the evening on 10-Feb-20. I went to next day morning 11-Feb-20,but they told we have de assembled it so we need some time to assemble this. And then keep on chasing them to assemble my laptop.Atlast Today 19-Feb-20 they told if one chip is inserted your laptop is working fine but it's cost around 5k. I told I was waited nearly 15 days for simple display issue kindly give my laptop back without repair. And then they charged like 350rs as service charge for without repair. I have the receipt and I have the payment details also.Its really frustrating me why these people cant  tell this within two days. If they have informed me regarding this I ask them to repair but when I go and ask three to four time then only they are response back. I trusted HP brand, but I am getting really disappointed due to this. I was excited when I was brought HP laptop because compared to other brands ho has good customer satisfaction and hp care alots. But for me it's disappointed,  Can anyone suggest what I need to do this.
