Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don't know what to do my keyboard delays when ever there's a windows update or if it turns off! At this point I'm clueless i use to restart it and delete all the files i have but now it won't let me restart the keyboard so i use trouble shooter or update my driver...now that stuff not working anymore i do i get rid of the delays!

@Jess140 -- what happens if you connect a different keyboard to some USB port on your computer, and disconnect your "possibly-failing" keyboard?  Better?

 

Note that a solid "push" on the on/off button -- longer than a "tap", and shorter than 10-to-30 seconds (which causes the computer to suddenly power-off) -- may tell Windows to gracefully shutdown.
