- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
- When was the last time it was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?

In the meantime try this:
Here are some ways to recover the BIOS on an HP laptop:
Use a key press combination
Turn off the computer and connect the AC adapter
Press and hold Windows + b
Simultaneously press the power button
After 2–3 seconds, continue to press and hold Windows + b but release the power button
