Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-ec1000 (4V212AV)

This is gomathi. I have purchased my laptop on sep 17 2023. But my laptop got repaired on Oct 7 2023.  My laptop is not turning on.I have registered my complaint on Oct 8 2023. They said that engineers will come within 3 days but no one has came. I have contacted customer but no one is responding.  Due to this my project works are pending. So please send hp engineer as soon as possible. If not please provide me replacement for my laptop.So please consider my request and proceed as soon as possible.
