HP 15 series
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop screen goes black frequently. I need to restart it to get my screen back on.

Whenever I am working, screen goes black in between and doesn't wake even after pressing any key or with mouse move.

If I am watching a video and screen goes off, I am still able to listen to the audio and can control it , but my screen remain black.
I have changed screen saver settings, but then also screen becomes black suddenly when using.
Recent changes I have done are only that I switched from windows 10 to 11. I have run all diagnosis check on my laptop but found no issues. I have tried force shut down also but it also didn't worked.

Please help me with this, I am really frustrated with this issue. 😞

You may have done some of the following but please look

For now, be sure you have sleep and hibernate disabled for display and system.  After finding the problem (?) they can be selectively enabled.
