My monitor screen is blank and the white power light is blinking. I have tried all troubleshooting steps listed on this website and nothing fixes the issue. The monitor is only about 4 Months old. The Product# is 2d9j9aa The Product name is HP M221F FHD Monitor.  Has the monitor went out completely?
