Product: HP All-in-One - 23-r111 (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this computer yesterday, and it was working perfectly fine, but then there was this bug where ever 3-ish seconds the display would freeze for 1 second, im not sure jf its lag or if its my screen, but i tried to do a full factory reset, to no avail.
