I recently cleaned my

small fan with water and alcohol. Because it was dusty. I first removed the Cpu fan before cleaning the small fan. Because It was hard unscrewing the bolts under it with the big Cpu fan. After I dried the small fan with a towel, I put it back in. Then screwed the Cpu fan back in place. After I was done I turned my Pc on expecting it would run faster but, in reality I just broke my pc. All the fans were running but the Cpu fan was getting really loud for some reason. (Not instantly but, like loud, louder, louder then quieter quieter quiet.)(Not the one on picture). Edit -I don't know what's going on .

I decided to watch youtube videos but, none of them worked (Here is  what I did). So I rubbed the end of my Ram sticks with a eraser. I pulled out the Cmos Battery . Holded the power button for 20 seconds.  After 2 minutes I put Cmos Battery back in. (That's all I did).

It's been 3 days since the incident.

hi

if you have opened, disassembled, and not paid attention to the risk of static electricity, improper handling, the motherboard / bios may be damaged..
it is necessary to understand therefore, that the computer, does not start at all here?
Try without a graphics card, if the computer allows it and with one then the other memory module if you have two
