HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-qa0xx
Microsoft Windows 11

I had attended my online classes from 8 pm till 1:30 pm, after that I played games fro 1 hour and PC heated up(it heats up a lot). Some time later, my screen had blueish tint which was only in a box shaped area and had two lines near the bottom of the screen. The box resolved by itself after not using my PC for 16 ish hours but the line remained. The line was red first and then was red and blue and now it's black. I have had red lines before but that time my whole screen went black and most of the screen had red lines. The issue resolved itself after not using my PC for 5 ish hours l but this method does not appear to work for my current problem. How do I fix this? (I have updated my drivers but it does not go away)

Hi @LineDopw,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Do you see these lines in the bios screen?

If yes, then this could be a hardware issue. the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
