My screen has been broken and there is a big dot inside the screen it is not broken externally

I understand that there is a dot on the screen.

Please let us know the dot appears on the BIOs screen.

To check in the BIOS screen, I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the dot appears on the BIOs screen, you have to contact our phone support.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
