Product: Dell monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm not sure why, but the display seemed to expand beyond the edges of the monitor.  Icons and buttons are now off the visible screen. I want to learn how to size the screen to be within the visible screen.  (I've tried changing font size and icon size and neither of those worked)
