Could be charging problem or overheating.
If charger not working properly the system may turn on but quickly shut down due to windows unable to load properly
Verify the battery is charging
Those Ryzen cpu's can get hot quick. Your laptop (manual is here) possibly has as many as two fans.
Use an air duster to blow out any dust and see if you can hear or feel air blowing out any of the vents.
