HP Recommended
1ca84aa HP22W DISPLAY 21.5 INCH

My screen starts flickering after 5 mins of usage. Almost all the solution provided by the virtual support have been tried out ,but it has not worked for me.If any one have any new solution please provide,or else please provide any service centre location in Mumbai that deals with monitors. There are plenty of service centre that deals with laptops and printer but I am unable to find anyone who checks monitors.the after sales service is really awful.

Please help....

The product is still under warranty.

The last option is of the consumer forum.

Hey there! @Tapan619,

Have you tried checking with a different monitor or a video cable? Does the issue persist?

Try updating the monitor drivers to the latest version and check if it helps.

Update the monitor driver using this link. Click Here

You can also try updating the graphics drivers on the PC to the latest version.

Try the steps recommended below to restore the monitor to factory settings.

To access the OSD menu and make adjustments, do the following:
1. If the monitor is not already on, press the Power button to turn on the monitor.
2. To access the OSD menu, press one of the Function buttons on the bottom side of the monitor's front
bezel to activate the buttons, and then press the Menu button to open the OSD.
3. Use the three Function buttons to navigate, select, and adjust the menu choices. The button labels are
variable depending on the menu or submenu that is active.
4. Select management from the list.
Select factory default settings to restore monitor back to the factory settings.
5. Select exit from the OSD menu.

Lastly, Try checking with a different video cable.
