Product: Pavilion all in one 23-q113w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this new in box 2 years ago from big chain store. It’s been unopened since i bought it. I opened it up tonight, found batteries in keyboard totally corroded. (They ship stuff with batteries pre installed?)Cleaned up the battery compartment, installed new batteries in keyboard and mouse. Plugged in the computer, and it does nothing. Screen doesn’t light up, nothing. Computers die if not used?
