Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23-f202in All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23-f202in All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR) turns on  no display I guess bios problem...how to update bios on this system when there is no display.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

 

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

 

In the meantime, I would recommend you go through the steps suggested in this support document for - HP and Compaq All-in-One and HP TouchSmart Desktop PCs - Screen is Blank after Starting the Computer
