No display from onboard VGA port after dismounting PCI express card + unable to reset CMOS

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0050no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For a custommer that wanted a KVM-switch,I tried to set the onboard graphics card up to use against the KVM-switch that only has option for VGA. I deactivated the PCI-Express graphics card in BIOS to get the onboard VGA port activated. It went wrong. Also after dismounting the PCI-Express graphics card. Now, I have no communication between the monitor and the computer regardless what port I try to use. I need to get the CMOS reset or cleared, and wonder what jumper I am supposed to move/ put on in addition. I have tried to take out the 2032-battery, but that didn't help. Some mainboards has a button on the mainboard to reset the CMOS in addition to the jumper. Does this mainboard have this feature? I also need to know if there are any way to get the onboard VGA port activated.
