No signal

I selected disable on my integrated graphics so that I could enable my new graphics card. Apparently I shouldn’t have done that because now my monitor is showing “No Signal”. The computer is booted up but the monitor will not show anything. I tried unplugging and plugging everything back again but nothing is working. I read reviews that said to press and hold buttons on the keyboard but that is useless right now. My monitor is not showing anything but No Signal. Any suggestions? Thanks.
