Hello everyone in this community, after windows 10 2004 update my pc screen freeze with display went black with a continuous noise from speakers, so when i tried to reboot the pc, the monitor was connected to graphic card port, however this time monitor display had a no signal  message, than after removing the gpu when i directly pluged the monitor to the port on motherboard i can see the display so quickly i uninstall  the update of windows 2004 update and was able to boot  the pc, but after inserting gpu there is no signal message again however when i plug the cable from gpu port to to the port on  the motherboard with graphic card still inserterd on the board i am able to see the video output was coming from motherboard port but not from gpu, now my  mobo is   not detecting the graphic card , please help

I reviewed your post and I understand that the graphics card is not getting detected on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Was the graphics card shipped with the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
