Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently moved to another house. I tried to set up the computer, and I did not get a video signal on the VGA port from the graphics card I installed a while ago. (PNY GT730)

I checked on all three HDMI ports on the computer, and I still didn't see anything on the TV.

The TV recognizes that something is plugged in, and is on, but either can't decode the signal or can't find a signal in the first place.

Moreover, no power was being delivered to any USB ports. I'm starting to think this problem goes deeper than the graphics card.

try to do a BIOS reset...by taking out the Cmos battery...or using the jumpers on your motherboard and see if that helps in any way...its strange you dont have signal on either port...VGA should have worked with no issues...
