OMEN X 27 240 Hz Displayport Not Working??

Dear All,

I have just bought new Monitor HP OMEN X 27 240 Hz.

I can not just get it working through Displayport when trying through HDMI work instantly.

What i have already checked.

I do not see problem with Cable,graphic card, issue looks like with Monitor Software as i have already googled Many users have reporrted this issue.

Please share with me your knowledge.

From my perspective - Cable works,Graphic Card Works.

I also tried DP one way or another by unpluging and changing from GRAHPIC>MONITOR and GRAPHIC<MONITOR.

Please help or i am gonna return Monitor =/ which i dont want to.

ok it is working below what i was doing.

1.

I have additonly tried to TRICK computer to use DP which failed of course. (below how)

i have connected by HDMI changed input to DP pulled out power cable and put out HDMI , put in Power cable.

Strangely it did take some time to wake-up.

2.

i have removed DCH drivers and installed Standad Nvidia driver.

3.

Then have connected my second monitor.

HP was only Power cable.

I was clicking around ty to identify 2 second monitor nothoing was found which was correct.

I then when i connected via DisplayPort it started working.

What was resolution?

IDK really i have disabled many functions/fabric configuration restart/disabling enabling monitor as well.

trrying with my other dp cable nothing was worrking.

It just starrted randomly working.
