Product: Omen 27' Display

Hi, i'm having an issue with the buttons on the back of my monitor. 
The power button works perfectly, but the other buttons, most times, dont work. Sometimes only one of them works. Sometimes all work....

 

Is this a problem with the buttons themselves?
