I have seen this as being an issue with the Omen laptop but I have yet to see a resolution. I purchased an Omen HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx with Radeon Graphics (according to the sysinfo), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super (according to the device manager and looking at the graphics card). It has 3 display options (Display Port, HDMI, and DVI). Currently, it has the included 8 GB of RAM. I purchased a 32 GB DDR4 DIMM, but I have not installed it yet. For the first 2 or 3 weeks, I was running dual monitors for my 20 year old game just fine (Final Fantasy XI). Then suddenly, the monitor connected via HDMI started bleeding to Black. Meaning, I could see the display for a moment when I first turn the system on, or when I remove and re-insert the HDMI cable, but then it quickly fades to Black backlight.
I tried using the device manager to update the drivers, but they are current. Using JUST the Display Port, the single monitor works. Using JUST the HDMI, the single monitor does NOT work (indicating a problem with the HDMI port). I have tried multiple HDMI cables of varying capacities. I have also tried swapping out monitors, as I have 5 monitors of the same make/model (27" Curved Spectre). The results are the same. Please assist.

hi
to begin, please identify, and give the exact model of the computer
To find it follow this
for a desktop computer
HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
Give the full name with the product number P / N
the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb
to be clear, all screens connected in display-port (display to display), will work, correct?
and no HDMI to HDMI display works?
A test to do, although not always conclusive, try to restart with an hdmi screen, and go directly to the bios, if it does not even appear in the bios, it is possible that it is hardware
