Omen X 25 monitor: Dead pixel?

Hello. My monitor is over 2 weeks old and I have now discovered a pixel issue.

 

I'm not sure if it's dirt, dust, or even a dead pixel.  I have this monitor since the near the end of June. Is there anything I need to check before doing something? Any fixes to try? or maybe I should RMA the monitor for replacement or maybe a refund if replacement not possible. Thanks.
