Operating System: Unknown

I have an HP Omni27 monitor. The button on the side of the computer that allows the monitor to switch from PC to monitor mode is broken/not working and I’m stuck in PC mode. All other buttons are in working order. 

Is there a way to circumvent this i.e. a remote? It’s a massive monitor and being stuck in PC mode is not ideal. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

If the button is damaged/not working, I'm afraid this seems to be a hardware issue. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
