PC All-in-One HP Pavilion 31,5 32-b0000i

I have an HP Pavilion 31.5 32-b0000i All-in-One PC (serial number [serial number removed]), and I want to extend the screen with a second display. Unfortunately, I have tried different ports (HDMI-in 2.0 / USB A and C), but the external screen is not detected. What should I do?

What is it ? It could be one of the following around 100 machines

Probably they use same motherboard

As indicated, motherboard ONLY has HDMI in port therefore you can not connect it to an external monitor.  You can use

you can use a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter
