Product: HP Slimline Desktop - 260-p009 (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At least once or twice a week my PC will freeze after start up.  Once i log on and leave alone for 5-10 mins, the pc is frozen, can't use mouse or keyboard, have to shutdown with a hard reboot by turning the power off and on.  I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser,  would this be the culprit, or is the pc just old... bought back in 2017.
