PAVILLION 32" LED QHD MONITOR
macOS 10.15 Catalina

 Hey there,

so I just got a new monitor. Pavilion 32" LED QHDV (Model #: 4WH45AA#ABA) for my Mac mini (running Catalina, 10.15.4)

For some reason, the screen brightness won't respond to the associated hot keys on my Logitech MX Keys.

I've attempted changing the settings under system preferences to ensure that F1 and F2 are assigned correctly, but the monitor still does not respond. The volume hot heys work, as do all the other FN keys. But for whatever reason, the brightness just won't budge. To be sure, I also went through Logitech's app assign the keys, but no dice.

Am I missing something super simple?
