Everytime my grandmother saves a photo. It saves it to the desktop main screen. Like where all the apps and icons are. What the heck can I do to fix this.

@Jjr031629 Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

For an accurate solution I'll need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Could you elaborate on what exactly you need help with? Do you want to save the photo anywhere else on the device?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,

feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon

And Have a great day Ahead!

Thank you. I finally figured it out. I had to go to the browsers settings and change the the saving location.

@Jjr031629 That's awesome, I'm glad my positive vibes helped resolve the issue by changing the browser settings to save pictures on another location. 😉 😛
