Hi @7N8E4EA,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP Pavilion 27 All-in-One with a pop-up camera is designed to provide privacy and functionality. Here’s how you can extend and retract the camera.
Extending the Camera:
- Press Down on the Camera: Gently press down on the top of the camera. It should pop up smoothly.
- Lift with Fingertip: If pressing doesn't work, you can also try to lift it with your fingertip. It should come up easily without much force.
Retracting the Camera:
- Push Down on the Camera: To retract the camera, gently push it back down into the monitor until it clicks into place.
Be sure to handle the camera gently to avoid damaging the mechanism.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
