Product: prodesk 400 g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

 

do you know something about this case?  I think there is no know problem?

 

Problem was:   Display View wasn´t sharp, e.g. no raster lines in excel visibile

The win10 PC didn´t recognised a "suggested resolution"

No different when using DP or VGA

My collegue said I have to change settings of  Office 2016 via right click / compatiblity...there are some settings in connection with DPI

We didn´t used the HP Win10 Preload

DeviceManager was happy without red/yellow  error

We didn´t tried latest driver from HP Homepage

Display was Plug&Play in Device Manager
