Product: HP All-in-One - 20-c010nl (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, my webcam on my pc wasn't working, so after I had tried to resolve the problem without success, I uninstalled the webcamera because I had read on some guides that on restarting windows would load the drivers and would reistallate the webcam (inegrated Web cam of my PC , maybe HP RP9) .
Before, control panel device management, detected the webcam but said to connect the device.
Now, when you start the operating system, no webcams are detected.
I think we need drivers for this integrated webcam.
On the HP support site I can’t download them.
Can someone help me fix this?
