Rainbow colours on Display

I have been using my monitor perfectly for more than 3.5 years, but now it is displaying rainbow colors. The monitor is in excellent condition externally. I don't know what happened; can someone please help me? I went to the service center, but they couldn't assist. I struggled to find another service center, and when I did, they said they don't provide support for monitors. 😫
