HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

So, I have been using this system for just over a year and I have been getting random yellowish patches on my screen for quite a while. Yellow in color, and a patch of purple in the center. When I inquired about this to my peers, I got answers like there is LCD burn on the display. What am I supposed to do now? How should I move forward with this issue. Also, I have been getting the blue screen error "Your PC has ran into a problem, we are trying to restart it." I did not note down the error code. But when I looked up at the error code, the search result was something like, "The computer does not have access to some memory it needed to access.." or something along the lines of it. This happens when there is a sudden jerk or shake. It also happens when I try to reposition the laptop to some other place. Either the blue screen error appears, or the screen goes black for a second and comes back, but after it comes back the system would be frozen. Someone give me recommendations for what I'm supposed to do now.

Hi @SundhaR7

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

The support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
