Re: camera on all in one

HP Recommended

Looked in device manager under camera driver and saw message that the camera needed further installation.  Tried to update the driver in device manager, but was told the latest driver was already installed.  Disabled the camera in device manager, rebooted and reenabled the camera to no avail.  Downloaded the assistant and was told I had entered the wrong computer to check for drivers--*edited

What is the product number of your HP Product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

Did you try to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support assistant. 

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers?

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate solution which should help you resolve this issue.
