I bought a computer and two monitors from HP online, but regrettably one of the monitors is damaged, I tried everything and still had lines, blurry and it was not like the other, but I have been trying to find how to return it and they keep on asking me for serial number, I send it and still says the wrong serial number. Can someone tell me how to return an item to HP?

Frequently, the serial number contains leading or trailing characters that are not part of the serial number. It is possible that the application handling the return authorization got confused.
With both monitors connected to the system please run the HP support assistant. It will identify the monitors and reveal the serial numbers.
It is possible that what is needed is the sellers code for the monitor that is on the purchases order. Check the purchase order and match it against the packing list to be sure you are returning the correct code.
