Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am running Windows 10 (64) on a 2019 MacBook pro using Apple's Boot Camp. I have an adaptor hub connected to the MacBook, from which my main desktop monitor - an external BenQ PD2700 - is connected via HDMI. I have a second external monitor connected via the same hub using the VGA socket. This second monitor is an old HP S2031a.

The second monitor (S2031a) works when the MacBook is running Apple OS (both external monitors work without a problem in Apple OS). However, when running Windows, the second monitor does not work, and displays the "out of range" error message. Windows does not detect this second monitor at all, other than listing it as "generic PnP monitor" under Monitors in Device Manager.

I've tried uninstalling the monitors in regular and Safe mode. I've tried updating drivers. I've also tried adjusting resolution settings, and so on, and also the refresh rate. Nothing works.

Please, could someone advise me on how to get this monitor working in Windows as it does in OSX?
