HP Envy Phoenix Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there

Lately my monitor screen has been going black on me over and over and I cannot understand why. When i am finally able to get it back on again everything is still on, music playing etc etc, but it just frustrating having to fiddle about with leads etc to get it to come back on.

I was just wondering if anyone knew whether this could be a problem with the base unit, the screen itself, the HDMI lead or the power lead?

Thanks in advance!

Simon

*** The device in question is an HP Envy Phoenix h9-1465ea Desktop PC and the screen is that 27 inch with the Beats Audio touch thing at the bottom
