HP Recommended

Started computer and found a moving image that goes back and forth on my screen. I use a Samsung UN32J5003 TV as the monitor and the image displays info for this particular Samsung monitor.   I can't figure out how to remove the image and its interfering with my work as it blocks parts of the screen.

Screen saver is turned off.  Have restarted monitor and desktop, but image still shows.
