Product: HP 27xq 27-inch Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have huge amounts of screen bleed all along the top of the monitor and also along the bottom, it says I'm out of Warranty but is there anything I can do to fix it or is this now ready for the bin, screen bleeds started about a year and a half ago but i have been busy within this time with 'life' events. So, looking for some help or guidance of how to fix the screen bleed. 

HP don't seem very helpful in the matter so far at all.
